Yum.

I have tried it, so now I can move on with my life.

That is so not fair...you've tried it but you don't tell us what you think?

Well?

WELL???

Was it any good or what? In my world, there is nothing better than butter flavored coffee. TELL US!

oh, and by the way, even though it really was good, I soooo wanted to taste the "butter" so I could figure out what that means exactly, but... no. Couldn't taste it. The cinnamon was tasty, though.

I was just going to ask the same thing - worth the calories?

I could run to Starbucks right now....

El, I'll admit, I was scared when I saw that Starbucks itself describes the drink as "indulgent," so I checked the calorie content via their website and they are... not kidding. I decided a "tall" made with skim milk would be a decent compromise.

Verdict: good stuff, but I still like toffee nut lattes better.

But that's a whole 'nother post. :)

Thanks, K. I don't think I like cinnamon enough. I'd rather splurge on a nonfat Carmel Macchiato...:)

Not sure why, exactly; it just feels like the right thing to do.

Singing like that is a sure sign you've had a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte...

Since my damn diet, all I drink now is regular coffee. Somedays, I miss my mocha.

Oh, I hear that, Higgy. I've been avoiding the lattes lately, in favor of americanos with just *this* much milk added, in order to cut back on the calories. But I HAD to get this out of my system.

Which I did.

I think.

BUT - Higgy and Kathy, if you get a plain latte made with non-fat milk, aren't you really just drinking a glass of skim milk?
That's what I've been telling myself so if I'm wrong I need to know.
I'll czech back here tomorrow..:)
*zips out humming We Are The World*

El, you're right. No fat in that venti milk, but still 210 calories. Which really isn't all that bad.

Thanks Kath.

I've switched from venti to grande as well, but a quad to get maximum caffeine.

quad venti, 2 1/2 pump, toffee nut nonfat latte.

And I finally have them trained up so that I only have to say it once - and sometimes less than that.
